Cancellation Policy
It is required for all guests to have a credit card on file following my cancellation policy. Please understand when booking an appointment with me, you agree to my cancellation policy.
The policy is as follows:
Should you cancel your appointment within 48 hours there will be no charge. Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours there will be a 25% charge of the appointment booked, charged to your card on file. Should you no-show your appointment or cancel the day of, there will be a 50% charge of your service(s) booked to your card on file.
I respect my guests time and I would hope they respect mine as well. That being said, if I have to cancel your appointment without a 24 hour notice you will receive 25% off your following service with me.
